Vegetable Patties with carrots and cabbage

Tonight we have gone back to Jamaica with our ingredients trying to replicate one of our favorite snack from the Carribean, Veggie Patties with carrots, cabbage and a mix of spices. Instead of the traditional “crust” used for this recipe, we used our versatile pizza dough. We filled the parcels with a mix of cabbage slowly cooked with carrots, black pepper, sweet paprica, garlic, onions, and chilli flakes. We have brushed the parcels while they were baking on a pizza stone with some good old e.v.o.o 

The end result: soft and spicy patties filled with a delicious mix of sweet and spicy vegetable mix. Just right!
